NovoMed PARTNERS was founded by four healthcare operators who came together to build, scale, and grow a medical technology company. Along the way, we navigated many of the same challenges founders face today, from product development and commercialization to market adoption, fundraising, and strategic growth. We set out to help entrepreneurs like you, who could benefit from the lessons learned, tools acquired, and connections made, by partners like us.

NovoMed PARTNERS was built on years of shared experience across the healthcare industry. Through leadership roles in both established medtech organizations and high-growth companies, we developed a common belief in the power of innovation, disciplined execution, and strong partnerships to create lasting impact.

Over the years, our careers crossed paths across the healthcare industry before coming back together at CathWorks. Beginning in 2013 and expanding further in 2021, our team reunited to help guide the company through a critical period of transformation. Together, we helped strengthen the organization, accelerate commercial growth, expand market adoption, and advance the company's technology platform.

Those efforts contributed to the transformation of CathWorks into a global leader in coronary physiology and ultimately culminated in its acquisition by Medtronic in April of 2026.
